Abhishek R. Sharma has spent almost 19 years working in banking, non-banking, and fintech, making him an expert in regulatory compliance. He's a graduate of IIM Calcutta and a Chartered Accountant. In his role as Chief Compliance Officer, Abhishek has handled many areas of compliance, like retail banking, Risk Based Supervision submissions to RBI, and Bharat and Digital Banking Compliance. He's known for his expertise and careful attention to detail. Among the financial services industry has worked in Banks (Like ICICI, Axis, Citibank NA, IDFC First Bank), NBFC (ICC-SI), and Fintech (covering Lending, Payments, Insurance, Digital Assets, etc)
He shares transformative lessons in his book, "Fearless - The Art of Personal Evolution." These lessons echo the wisdom he gained on his perpetual learning journey. Abhishek is a Ph.D. researcher at Amity University and SSIAR in Bengaluru. He is focused on Sudarshan Kriya Yoga. He is studying how it affects professionals' financial well-being, happiness, and job performance for three and a half years.
